What it does

Extracts and names individual clauses, scores each with legal tools (term lookup, jurisdiction risk, exposure estimate, benchmark comparison, compliance check), then aggregates a five-dimension risk matrix — financial, legal, operational, compliance, reputational — and produces an executive report with mitigation guidance. Available in vision (PDF) and text modes.

Output

An executive risk report: overall score (0–100), tier, five-dimension scores, top risks, mitigations, and escalation guidance.
