Daryl leads Nimble with a vision for innovation, agility, and user-friendly digital solutions for private and public sectors. With over 30 years of experience, he has guided numerous organizations in data capture and document imaging. As a founding board member of AIIM Canada and a member of the Canadian General Standards Board, he contributes to national standards. Daryl oversees sales and operations, ensuring strategic alignment and growth. His commitment to continuous improvement drives Nimble’s mission to enhance information accessibility, reliability, and value.

As the Director of Human Resources at Nimble, Ailsa oversees talent acquisition, employee development, health and safety, and workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive growth. With a background in operations and project management, she has been with Nimble since 2012 and transitioned to HR in 2017. Ailsa is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and believes in the philosophy that “there is always a way forward,” viewing challenges as opportunities and fostering a dynamic, resilient workforce.
