Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question about our Microform conversion? We would be happy to talk to you and understand your project needs. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below.
Why should I convert my microfiche/microfilm documents?
Your information should be secure, accurate, and Nimble. Digitization revitalizes your microform media, allowing access to your documents from anywhere, anytime. Multiuser simultaneous access prevents work slowdowns, while advanced search features ensure quick, easy access, eliminating delays caused by physical media. Unlock the potential within your documents.
What happens to my physical documents after digitization?
After digitization, your microfilm and microfiche jackets are kept on site while you have time to review the digital images. Once we are sure you are satisfied with your images we can return your rolls or jackets to you or have them go through our intensive destruction process and provide you with a certificate of destruction.
How long does the microfilm digitization process take?
Our dedicated staff and high-tech scanners can output approximately 10 rolls of microfilm to you per day. Curious to get a quote for more advanced projects?
