NIMBLE INFORMATION STRATEGIES INC. ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF DOCUCOM DIGITAL INC. SALES OPERATION BUSINESS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Markham, Ontario Canada – Nimble Information Strategies Inc. is pleased to announce today that it has completed the acquisition of the Sales Operations business of Docucom Digital Inc. of Montreal.

With this acquisition, Nimble will significantly increase its customer base in Quebec and the Ottawa Capital Region, strengthening its position as one of the largest scanner sales and service organizations in Canada. To minimize the disruption to our customers, Nimble will maintain the existing network of service providers utilized by Docucom. Nimble will now have a dedicated sales and operations team in Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City.
